At Evenbound, we exist to empower our clients and our team members to reach their full potential as we create and grow end-to-end solutions on HubSpot. We are a growth marketing agency, specializing in HubSpot, digital transformation and marketing strategy. We commonly execute HubSpot implementations & onboardings, website projects and Team as a Service retainers for our clients. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a HubSpot CRM Admin to take us to the next level.

Our company vision will take us to hold a commanding position in the HubSpot Partner program and to sit at the top of the value chain offering Growth Strategy, RevOps, Marketing Ops, WebOps, Custom Development and Integrations. We need you because you are our team’s (and clients’) primary resource for All Things HubSpot. You know this tool forward and backward, and we will look to your expertise, guidance and skillset to deliver on both the technical and strategic aspects of this tool. On top of that, you not only know what HubSpot’s capabilities are, but you can also actually do those things.

 

What You’ll Do

As Evenbound’s HubSpot CRM Administrator, you’ll be the expert for all things HubSpot. A typical day will be spent working in the platform both from a technical and strategic lens. You will implement HubSpot solutions and automations, integrations and migrations (SalesForce, SharpSpring). You will also own API management, training, technical support and helping our clients fully leverage the capabilities of HubSpot. 

 

You’ll also own data cleanliness and reporting from start to finish - building out reports (and knowing which are available, what they show, how to use them, etc) and custom dashboards; then pulling the data and analyzing it; using that to provide solutions, recommendations, uncover opportunities, etc; and then finally being able to present those solutions, insights, and strategies. 

 

What You’ve Done

You’ve spent a lot - we mean a lot - of time in HubSpot. You know the tool forward and backward. You’ve got experience in Marketing, Sales, CMS and Service Hubs. You’ve managed HubSpot audits and have overseen app and third party integrations, including custom integrations with developers. You’ve got strong experience in developing nurture sequences and custom workflows. It should come as no surprise that you have an extensive list of HubSpot certifications you’ve obtained - everything from marketing to sales to service. 

 

While you’re not the primary point of contact for our client relationships, you’ve definitely spent time in your career communicating with clients, and you know how to take a very technical solution or strategy and translate it into language for a non-technical audience. Our clients trust what you have to say - and you know how to say it in a way that makes sense to them and their business goals. 

 

You’ve got a background with CRM platform development. Specifically, this means you are well versed in workflows and automation, custom objects, custom fields, data structure, data integrity and integration management. 

 

In addition to the above, you’ve likely got experience in or can demonstrate the following: 

  • Ability to deliver short-term wins while also building long-term value - this role requires a balance of being able to zoom in and out often and toggle between strategy and execution
  • Data analysis and storytelling 
  • Incredible organization and time management skills and a high attention to detail
  • Working in a marketing agency or technical company - basically, we want you to be as good with people as you are with the tech
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Work where you want, when you want. At Evenbound, we believe we work best when we set our own productive schedules. That flexibility extends to where we work, too. While we have an office right in downtown Grand Haven that we love (there's a coffee shop right downstairs!), our team works remotely most of the time. There's no weekly "in the office" quota to meet — we work to get work done, however that works for you
  • Regular team meet-ups. Since the Evenbound team is primarily remote, we work hard to schedule team meet-up opportunities annually. From camping to ski trips to industry conferences, we believe that hanging out in person makes our team stronger, helping to build real relationships in a virtual world
