Revenue Operations Strategist

At Evenbound, we exist to empower our clients and our team members to reach their full potential as we create and grow end-to-end solutions on HubSpot. We are a growth marketing agency, specializing in HubSpot, digital transformation, and marketing strategy. Our ideal clients are B2B industrial and manufacturing organizations. We commonly execute HubSpot CRM implementations & onboardings, website projects, and Team-as-a-Service retainers for our clients. Our team is growing,  and we are excited to add a Revenue Operations Strategist to help us elevate our revenue operations strategy.

 

What You’ll Do
The RevOps Strategist plays a critical role in driving alignment, efficiency, and growth across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, maintaining systems, and using data-driven insights to help our clients meet and exceed revenue goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Processes: Design, implement, and refine operational workflows to create seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Manage Systems: Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper usage across all teams.
  • Enable Insights: Build and maintain dashboards, analyze key revenue metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support Team Collaboration: Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies.
  • Forecast Revenue: Collaborate on revenue projections and provide insights into growth opportunities using historical data and trends.
  • Drive Strategy: Work with leadership to identify and implement tools and processes that enhance revenue operations and contribute to client success.
  • Continued Improvement: Stay up to date on RevOps best practices and trends and implement those for Evenbound and our clients. 

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role
  • Expertise in CRM platforms like HubSpot and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of revenue teams, pipelines, customer lifecycle, and SaaS metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on time management, and attention to detail.
  • Special consideration given to those with AI experience.

  • Work where you want, when you want. At Evenbound, we believe we work best when we set our own productive schedules. That flexibility extends to where we work, too. While we have an office right in downtown Grand Haven that we love (there's a coffee shop right downstairs!), our team works remotely most of the time. There's no weekly "in the office" quota to meet — we work to get work done, however that works for you
  • Regular team meet-ups. Since the Evenbound team is primarily remote, we work hard to schedule team meet-up opportunities annually. From camping to ski trips to industry conferences, we believe that hanging out in person makes our team stronger, helping to build real relationships in a virtual world.
